Great vision for Redding and perfect if you are moving from out of state and you don't want to lug all of your stuff to California. We got to sleep in beds from day 1! Countless opportunities for ministry too, if you're willing to go after them. Our apartments had community together that many other students didn't have, and I really appreciated that.
