Milo Neighborhood

The 4-plex is situated in the MLK neighborhood. Mercy hospital is less than a mile away. The neighborhood is mixed with varying socio- economic residents. The 4-plex is owned by Matt and Karina. Two of the apartments are rented to regular quiet long term tenants, and two are furnished and available for those looking for a shorter term stay.  The Management look after the place well and have a stringent screening process for those who live there i.e.  no drugs or felons allowed.
