Off main road, situated in it's own little neighborhood of houses.

Located near Safeway on East Cypress Ave. and Bechelli Lane Market (groceries). Also, Java Depot, Starbucks (coffee) and Roots Juice Bar (fresh juice). Can easily connect to Hilltop Drive (if driving) and in a few minutes be on Dana Drive, where Walmart, Target, In-N-Out, Mt. Shasta Mall and many other shops and restaurants are located. 

Will need a car to get to Bethel or Civic center.
