Housing Fee
Two Bedroom Apartment
*$85 a night plus 12% tax.
*Sleeps four.
*For any guests over 4 people there will be a charge of $8 per person per night, they will need to bring their own bedding.
One Bedroom Apartment
*$75 a night plus 12% tax.
*Sleeps two.
*For any guests over 2 people there will be a charge of $8 per person per night, they will need to bring their own bedding.
Cleaning Fee
A one off cleaning fee of $60 per apartment is required in addition to the nightly rate. (one bedroom apartment is $50 cleaning fee)
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Reservation downpayment: Half your rent reserves your spot. See policies for terms of downpayment and refund policy.
The remainder of rent is due two weeks before you arrive.
